1.1 User rights
Unless agreed otherwise, Iris Floor / STUDIO kapstok will always have and maintain the copyright of the work.
1.2 Credits
In the publication of the work in any medium or in any way, attribution is mandatory unless the rights have been bought out.
Credit must be:
Iris Floor / STUDIO kapstok – www.studiokapstok.nl.
1.3 Publication
Work may be published on any medium supported by you unless agreed otherwise. This includes online use and print regardless of the circulation.
When published in a magazine or related platform, always ask Iris Floor / STUDIO kapstok for permission. When selling the work to a magazine or related platform you are required to provide a fee. This fee is 50% of your selling price.
1.4 Manipulating
It is not allowed to manipulate work in any way possible.
1.5 Sharing the work
You are allowed to use the work for your benefit. The use cannot be passed on, resold, or transferred to third parties.
1.6 Fine
When the rules are not adhered to, we are obliged to impose a fine. This will be €465 excl. VAT per item / picture. When a series is published, all items / photos will be counted as individual items / images.
1.7 Rights
Unless agreed otherwise, Iris Floor / STUDIO kapstok remains the right to use and manipulate the work in any way, sell it to other parties, and publish the work in any way.
Transfer owner rights (buy-off)
2.1 User rights
It is possible to buy-off the rights (perpetual license). In this case, Iris Floor / STUDIO kapstok will hand over the rights of the work. This way Iris Floor / STUDIO kapstok will lose her rights in section 1.7. Iris Floor / STUDIO kapstok asserts the authorship rights and retains ownership of the work.
2.1.1 Costs
Costs are calculated per individual item / picture / object. When it’s a series, all items / photos will be counted as individual items / images.
1 – 4: €375 excl. VAT per item / picture
5 – 9: €245 excl. VAT per item / picture
10 – >: €199 excl. VAT per item / picture

Other
The client is responsible for ensuring that all involved parties, including the location owner and any portrayed individuals, are informed about the terms of this agreement. It is acknowledged that no third party shall interfere with the rights of Iris Floor / STUDIO kapstok.
When using work that is subject to portrait rights, third-party rights may apply. To the extent that third-party permission is required for their publication, it is the responsibility of the client to obtain permission from those portrayed, even from locations.
