When placing an order or requesting services from STUDIO kapstok, you must provide accurate and up-to-date information. Payment must be made through our secure payment gateway on the website or by settling the invoice. Payment is due within the specified payment term.

If payment is not received within this term, we reserve the right to take further action, including engaging a debt collection agency. The defaulter will bear any additional costs arising from this process. STUDIO kapstok is not responsible for any extra fees or charges imposed by your financial institution.

Shipping and Delivery

In case of non-payment of an invoice, any use of the designs, or any other created works, will be considered a breach of copyright, and a fine will be imposed. This fine will cover the unauthorized use of our intellectual property and any related damages.
